Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Intervly. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe your use violates these Terms.

Intervly offers paid access plans with durations of 7, 14, and 30 days. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees (as shown at checkout)
• Authorize Intervly to charge your chosen payment method
• Understand that subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Access begins immediately upon purchase and ends after the purchased period

You may upgrade or add features (for example Casper or Kira prep) during your access window. These add-ons are subject to separate pricing.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Intervly solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may not:

• Share your login credentials
• Copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute our content
• Use bots or scraping tools to extract our data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our source code

All content remains the intellectual property of Intervly.

Intervly uses AI to generate mock interview prompts, feedback, and report cards. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses:

• May not always reflect real interview decisions
• Are for educational simulation purposes only
• Do not guarantee admissions outcomes

You may also submit content such as typed, spoken, or video responses. By doing so, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transcribe, and analyze your content in order to operate the Platform and deliver your feedback, and to use aggregated and de-identified data to improve our tools. You keep ownership of your content. We will not sell your personal data or publish your individual responses.

Several tools, including mock interviews, video analysis, and Delivery Lab drills, require access to your microphone and, when you enable it, your camera. Your browser will ask for permission before any capture begins.

By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your session audio, and video when enabled, will be recorded and stored on your account
• Recordings are transcribed and analyzed by automated systems to produce transcripts, scores, and feedback
• You are responsible for your surroundings: do not record other people without their consent, and do not capture confidential, sensitive, or protected health information
• You can revoke camera or microphone access at any time and use text-based practice tools instead, and you can delete your recordings from your dashboard

If you are in a jurisdiction that requires all-party consent to record, you confirm you have obtained any consent needed from anyone else who may appear in your recording.

The Platform includes tools such as mock interviews, Delivery Lab, Answer Builder, Model Answers, question banks, timed practice exams, and analytics dashboards. Availability varies by track, and some tools are offered only for specific programs.

• Free accounts receive a limited allowance, such as a set number of free mock interviews and a capped number of attempts per practice tool. Continued access requires a paid access plan.
• Scores, skill breakdowns, daily plans, and recommendations are automated estimates for practice purposes only. They are not evaluations by any school, admissions committee, or testing organization.
• We may adjust free-tier limits, feature availability, question content, and scoring models as the Platform evolves.
• Attempting to bypass access limits, share accounts, or automate usage may result in suspension.

The Platform relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, payments, speech recognition, voice generation, language models, email, and analytics. Your use of the Platform involves transmitting content to these providers so we can deliver the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by third-party providers, and we may change providers at any time, including moving features onto infrastructure we operate directly.

We aim to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, capacity limits, and third-party outages can affect availability.

Some features may be labeled beta, experimental, or preview. These are provided as is, may change or be removed without notice, and may produce inconsistent results. Purchasing access does not entitle you to any specific beta feature.

Access plans are intended for normal individual study use. We may apply reasonable rate limits to AI-powered features to prevent abuse and protect service quality.

If you participate in a referral, affiliate, or discount code program, you agree to promote Intervly honestly and to avoid spam, misleading claims, unauthorized paid search on our brand terms, or self-referrals.

We may verify, withhold, or reverse credits and payouts for referrals that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or refunded, and we may change or end these programs at any time.

By using Intervly, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent our tools as official school content
• Submit AI-generated answers as original material in actual admissions settings
• Violate the terms of any admissions process or institution

Intervly is a practice tool. We do not guarantee acceptance into any program.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Platform at any time
• Update these Terms (we will notify users when this happens)
• Terminate any account that violates our policies

If you disagree with changes to the Terms, your only option is to discontinue use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intervly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, opportunity, or earnings
• Admissions decisions made by any institution

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intervly, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Any content you submit

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
