How long before my real interview should I book?

Most optometry school applicants book 1 to 2 weeks before their interview date. That leaves time to apply feedback and run a second session if you need one.

Can I request a specific school focus?

Yes. Tell us your target programs and your coach will run the session in that school's format, including traditional interviews, faculty panels, or patient communication scenarios.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. Your application materials and session recordings are never shared outside your coaching session.

Should I book multiple sessions?

We recommend at least two sessions so you have time to review feedback, rehearse, and show measurable improvement.

What's your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for live coaching sessions. You can reschedule any session with 24 hours notice.
